30-Day Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Refund Amounts

2. E-Scooter Returns

Special Conditions:

  • No returns for minor scratches/dirt - only major damage/malfunction
  • Must be unopened, unassembled in original packaging
  • Unauthorized repairs void return eligibility

3. How to Return

  1. Contact service@boyueda.com with:
    • Return reason
    • Order number
    • Delivery date
    • Photos/video if quality issue
  2. Wait for approval (2 business days)
  3. Ship items back (if required)
  4. Receive refund in 3-5 business days after we receive return
Refund Processing Times:
  • PayPal: Up to 48 hours
  • Credit Cards: 7-14 business days

4. Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged:

  • Report within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos/video of damage
  • Keep all packaging as evidence
  • We cover return shipping for damaged items

Late reports cannot be processed.
